Girls Bball Celebrates Senior Night Tonight

Come out and help celebrate Senior Night at the final home girls basketball game of the season versus Boulder Creek. Tonight, Senior Elise Spivey will be playing in her final game in a DM uniform. We hope to see many DM supporters at the game to help us recognize the four year career of #22!

Future Wolves Night at Girls Bball January 26th

The girls basketball team would like to invite all of our feeder elementary and middle schools to their home game on Thursday, January 24th versus Horizon. Students currently attending Anasazi, Laguna, Redfield, Desert Canyon, Cheyenne, or Mountainside will be granted free entry into the game by showing their school ID at the door. The JV

The Wolves are off to a 4-1 start and are led by Junior Rayah Craig’s 20 points per game and Junior Abby Young’s 7.5 rebounds per contest. Coach Sanchez and her program are in action again

Girls Basketball Tryouts

Tryouts will be on October 31st and November 1st from 3-5 in the auxiliary gym.  Wednesday is an early release day, so we will have tryouts from 1-3. Teams will be announced on Wednesday. Sanchez Selected as Next Leader of Girls Hoops

Desert Mountain has hired Alicia Sanchez as the next head coach of the girls basketball program. Coach Sanchez comes to DM from Liberty High School where she was able to accumulate a 49-11 record leading the Lions to the playoffs in each of her 3 seasons. Coach Sanchez was a very accomplished college player as well.
